The machine shop (indoor) is equipped with necessary machinery for precision works. It has a 13 m long lathe, milling machines, boring mills, drilling machine etc. This shop has the following facilities:

To overhaul turbines, valves, pumps and compressors.

The Foundry Shop carries out casting of different types of ferrous and non-ferrous materials
|

|
It has cupola furnace to carry out ferrous / C.I. Casting of all types up to maximum 10 tons at a time
|
|
|
CI casting includes various C.I. components like casing of motor and pumps, roller of sugar mills, ingot moulds for steel mills and different machine components for textile and jute mills
|
|
|
This shop can also undertake all types of small to medium size non-ferrous casting of bronze, gunmetal, aluminum etc with crucible furnace
|

Maintenance Shop
